Bay in Bristol

There is a photo in the Mail on Line of an orange and white bay with cycle rack in Bristol behind polythene flood defence. Anybody on this site ? Up here in North East we have been very lucky,we've had rain and wind but no way as bad as the South and West of country.

It's not far from where I live. It's actually red rather than orange and is always parked there. The flood defences in the picture held so it wouldn't have been affected.
