Also looking for interior for my left hand drive 1968 panel van.

What exactly do you mean by a "lock set"?
Cab door lock mechanisms?, cab door outer chrome handles?, sliding door remote control lock mechanism? sliding door outer chrome handle? rear hatch lock mechanism? outer chrome lock/finger pull?, engine lid outer lock? .......

Ignition barrel two front door barrels tail gate and engine bay door barrel and keys to match.
