best way to fill/weld drilled holes in bumper?

getting ready to take bumpers off for a refurb.

what's the best way to fill/weld drill holes: got 2 holes about 8mm wide (where front fogs were) and 2 holes about 4mm (where number plate was) to fill.

i want a permanent job not just a quick fix as the bumpers will be taken back to metal and completely re-painted.

any advice welcome.

I'd weld them mate

Get some copper pipe, hammer it and fold and hammer it again until it's about 8mm thick and then hold this tight up under the hole you want to weld up.

i assume the copper doesn't stick to the weld?

Weld it up matey the bumpers are nice an thick metal so easy to weld
And once ground down you can normally get away without filling it
