I think a few people run 17's I've not really seen much bigger guess you would run into trouble if it's lowered if at standard height it would look a bit funny anway

What wheels you got in mind as anything can be done just can be a lot of work

is it worth the effort on a bay as if you lower it a good amount on 19s say you won't see half the rim at the front and even more will be hidden at the back.
trying to find a picture of a crewcab on 19's will add it when i find it

As mentioned above big wheels + low = Big $$$$

18" is the biggest I've seen and I really like the look of these wheels. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-SUBARU-POWER-T2-BAY-WINDOW-SINGLE-CAB-PICK-UP-NOT-CREW-DOKA-CAMPER-BUS-/290649029279?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item43ac083a9f&clk_rvr_id=317269565677#ht_1510wt_1222" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Got 18's on mine have a look in the gallery section
and corky over on the latebay.com was running 19's for a bit ;-)
Nelly.

DONT DO IT, In My opinion anything bigger than a 16" looks silly, there are only two exception's Nelly's Bus and Corky's Bus, But neither are slammed they run at a sensible height and the wheels match the rest of the package being subaru and porsche engined monsters :mrgreen:

My apologies, tis not bad but still think it'd look better with less rim and more tyre.

Could just fit 20's and stick some draft excluder to the rims for a bit of grip.
