brake reservoir to the master cylinder PIPE QUESTION????

Hi was wondering if anyone can help please! Does anyone know where I can get a piece of the pipe that reaches from the brake reservoir to the master cylinder, on a 69 bay. Think it is 16mm diameter. Have tried all the usual suspects. Just Kampers, Heritage etc. None of them seem to stock it. Think ours has gone a bit brittle due to age and like any other rubber parts has been baking in the california sun for too long. Dont think any old pipe will do as it needs to be brake fluid proof.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks Seb

when i had my rhd 71 i got a good replacement from nos vw (think thats their name) dealer on this site

Just at the docs atm but when I get back I'll post up the research and supplier for this pipe. Yeah it's not available for some reason from VW suppliers..

Ok thanks for all the advice guys, will try and get some tomorrow. Hose World will probably be the first port of call. 12.5 i.d EPDM.
