Whats the difference between a set for a LHD or RHD Van?
Mine is a 69 RHD and am looking for a set of Deluxe Trim for it. Would this fit?

Yep..rhd & lhd both the same..not sure why they market it differently?
The trim profile is the same, so you either fit it one way up or the other.
The rear quarters are angled but you either fit it one side or the other depending on whether you have lhd or rhd.
