i need a new cover for my camper, currently i have a just kampers one but im not that happy with it and i know there are better ones avaliable but i can't remember the names of the companies that make them, any recommendations?

thankyou in advance!

As far as I can tell, they are all crap and all over priced!
I spent £150 on one from a reputedly good supplier (not the usual suspects on here) and the 1st gust of wind ripped the securing tabs off it. Also claimed to be 4 layers but seems to be made from some recycled paper cloth material. When I raised a complain about my findings, the company decided to ignore my email messages. So if any one is interested in a cover NOT to get, let me know and I will post the name up here.

(not is a charitable mood tonight)

Hamilton - Not cheap but good quality, keeps van bone dry and is large (even with my pop-top).

Not got one, but heard off a few people these are the cover to go for :D

I bought a JK one....sent that back
Then bought another one (I forget the name) but I sent it back as it was too small.
Then bought a Hamilton cover and have not looked back...worth every penny!

I have been looking at Stormforce covers £160.ish. Any one have any experiance with these?.

Ah thats the 2nd one I sent back, Its good quality material but it was just too small, I have a tin top and it was a tight fit, kept popping up over the bumpers, I was forever going outside to pull it back on.

;)

I've had a pro tec cover for a few years now, and it has been great. Its not cheap, but after using a JK one for a year I decided that the addage of getting what you pay for is definitely true when it comes to covers :D

im kinda set on a hamilton one at the moment i think, my just kampers one has just gone really thin on the top and its ripped due to thinning out, its the second one i've had i should of just got the hamilton one first time round! hindsight is wonderful! :D

I had JK but Hamilton one is much better quality and does what says.keeps Doris dry and lets air circulate as its not dead tight.its my recommendation.

Car covers ar OK but not ideal as we all know.

Inflatable car pods are the go. Check them out. http://sell.lulusoso.com/selling-leads/311884/Airtight-Inflatable-Car-Cover-100-Waterproof-Inflatable-Car-Cover-28.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

We could all group buy from China at around $200USD a piece.

A car cover is ideal for me, my van is kept on the road, no luxury of a driveway :( I polish it in the autumn and throw the cover on... come spring I remove the cover and it looks just the as it did in the autumn :D

Although my JK cover would get wet and stick to the van like a polothene bag where as the Hamilton cover beads the water off

Stormforce one for me. Going into its 3rd winter and not torn or ripped. Mine stays on the van all year round to keep prying eyes out so has had a lot if use. I have a tintop but if you have a pop top it's gonna be really tight fit.

When my van is outside the hamilton classics cober has done a top job! and they also do one for poptop roofs
