Brilliant blue colour difference

These two pictures are brilliant blue how can this be ones a USA picture the duller one is UK these differences make it hard to choose a paint colour when trying to get a match witch one is correct ??? How do you display pictures I've got a photo bucket account??????

The US one has probably seen a lot more sun = changed the paint.you may find a cut & polish will bring the colour back.

One might have been re sprayed?

I've seen that bus a few times listed as niagara blue
