Hi Everyone, Due to being skint at the moment and not being able to justify paying out £££'s on some overiders I have decided to try and make my own  This is where I need a little help. Could someone please draw around the profile of one, I will also need the width, (On the back of a sealed down envelope would be fine) and post it to me? I can PM my address if anyone would be good enough to help. Many thanks.

Regards, Si

I did this for J & M , hope it helps you get started.

Thanks Mate, But I would like an accurate 'trace' of one if possible. Good starting point though. I will, of course, re-imburse the cost of doing this with a book of stamps?

just out of interest how are you going to get a decent radius ? Ive made two of my latebay ones and there is a lot of work involved . 3 pieces , side profile with radius and a fill in front strip . here is a pic of one i repaired which shows this ...

i bought a pair for £40 and cleaned them up its in the thread below i also bought a pair for back £60 and did the same so thats £100 plus paint and new rubbers so did it all for less than £200

Exactly my point! £200 smackers give or take, for some very thin add-ons, that,s nearly the cost of a decent door! The only decent ones I've seen are made by CSP and they retail at just over £50 each  . I will use 2mm sheet with a hidden fixing to the bumper - all for less than a tenner. Not too sure about the radii lh but am working on that ;)
