Cab door locks

After looking around for ages i have found some cheap 1970 beetle door handles... i only need the lock barrels, is there any way i could make them fit, and work in my 71 handles?

Any help or info much appreciated

as far as I'm aware the barrels no but the tumblers can be reworked...
