Cab Door Window Channels - Are they available?

Another cab door question I'm afraid.

Like the title said, are the metal channels that the cab door window slides up & down in available? I'm in the process of swapping over the quarter lights, window winders, etc from my original rusty doors to some rust free items. However, the front channels are completly shagged (rusted away completely at the lower end) and I can't find the items listed on the usual suppliers websites.

do you mean the upright metal part between the fixed 1/4 light and the main window?

or the metal channel that clips in at the back of the door just in front of the lock mechanism?
