Cab door window seals fitting question

I am just about to fit new window seals on my cab doors, with fixed quarter lights,
where should i start;
do the quarter lights first then fit the felt channel etc or thr other way round. I've seen the saraj thread but my quarter lights are fixed so not sure which way to go.

From memory its:

Fit seals to black metal divider bar, slide down into door.
Fit chrome surround and scraper.
Fit quarter light seal and glass to the metal surround, fit that into door.
Slide the black divider bar up and put in the screws and bolts.
Felt channel is the last piece to go in after inner scraper.
