and you’ll wake on Sunday morning to the smell of free bacon butties. You will then take your place in the line-up for the cruise to Bournemouth. On arrival, you’ll be directed to your parking place on the seafront with your wheels almost kissing the sand, right at the very heart of the show. Live music and children’s entertainment will be supplied for your enjoyment all day, so why not take in the sun, have
a picnic on the beach, relax and chill out?

Entertainment
Cool Flo will be heading up the entertainment with their unique blend of DJs and live music all performing from the main stage on the beach. This will
be a great place to chill out and soak up the sun’s rays and take in the event atmosphere.
Red Hawks display plane
Using a VW Heritage supplied 39hp VW air-cooled engine, the VW Heritage supported Red Hawk display plane will be performing aerial ballet
and other great things over your head on the day. Look into the sky and marvel at what this plane can achieve with such little power.
BMX on the beach
If you love your BMXs, we have something special for you at the Camper&Bus Show. Firstly, we are building a half pipe on the beach with the infamous
Cool Flo Pro Riders catching some BIG AIR all day. For those who prefer their BMXs stationary, we have one of the top BMX concours events in the
country. Some seriously rare ’80’s metal will be on display, so why not pick your favourite for the Cool Flo BMX Visitors’

Trade stands
With over 50 trade stands, the Camper&Bus Show is a great place to buy parts for your Volkswagen. We’re sure you will find what you are looking
for, and with loads of show only deals, it’s an opportunity too good to be missed. A full list of traders can be found on the show web site.
Seafront show ’n’ shine
In recognition of all the hard work you guys put into keeping your VWs in first-class condition, we will be awarding trophies in a variety of categories including
best air-cooled and best water-cooled Bus and best air-cooled car. You need do nothing as our judges will be walking the strip all day, just polish up your
prized possession and keep your fingers crossed. The competition is open to all vehicles in the cruise line up. There is nothing to fill in as our team of judges will be
walking the strip all day.
Entertainment for the whole family.
We want you to have a good old fashioned day out at the beach so have a wide variety of entertainment to keep you and the kids amused. First off we have
booked the world famous Punch and his wife Judy to perform three times a day. Next is the kids activity tent where a host of children’s crafts will be available for
the kids to participate in, Van Man will be making several appearances throughout the day, so make sure you look out for him too. On the beach, entertainment will include a sand castle
building competition, beach football and volleyball, beach Olympics and even a limbo competition! Check out the web site for full details. Everything is free so you won’t
break the bank either.
Brads Cancer Foundation
We aim to raise as much money as we can for our nominated charity, the Brads Cancer Foundation. They will be running an old
fashioned seaside peep board, where for a small donation you can have your picture taken and emailed to you at home. Please make sure you visit them to find
out more about the charity and why not buy a raffle ticket to be in with a chance of winning their super VW Beetle they are giving away.
Camping
Make sure you make the most of your show cruise ticket and camp, it’s going to be a low keyed chilled out evening, so no partying all night as
we all have an early start on Sunday morning. So what’s going on?
■ VW communal BBQ – you bring the burgers, we supply the BBQ hot plates (separate cookers for meat eaters and veggies). Burgers, tea and coffee
also available to purchase.
■ Farmers Olympics – always a big hit at our summer camp out, but this time it will be bigger and better, check out the web site for the list of
events, make sure you participate, loads of prizes to give away.
■ Our band will playing throughout the evening for your entertainment.
