hi,
a while back some idiot* filled my spare fuel tank with 2 stroke petrol
this managed to find it's way into both my bus (nooooooooooooooooooo!) and my suitcase generator
the bus is long since sorted, though i do get the odd cough from time to time
but my genny has never properly run since, and no-one seems keen to fix it for me
so can i have some advice on how to fix it?
i guess:
drain petrol
drain oil?
change the spark plug
slight problem is that the starter cord has been pulled that many times that the spring has gone
could i clean the petrol tank with anything?
are there any additives or anything i can put in to help start up for the first time, as i imagine there will be some oily reside inside somewhere
all help would be appreciated, as it will save me a fortue and stop me having to hire gennys all the time!
