carb off

is it worth renewing the bits to the carb while its off,or wait till it goes wrong.
taken it of to sort the dynamo out,getting checked out and cleaned hopefully,
its not charging.

do it now it`s so much easier and there`s no breakdown hassle at 11.50 ten minutes before you are supposed to get your best mate to his wedding...if you get my drift 8)
