Sorry about this but does anyone know a way to stop cats coming in and pissing over everything in the garden it stinks surly there must be some thing,And before you ask I have a dog they must come in a through the night.I dont mind cats but I dont want them in my garden any tips.Frankie

Apparently they don't like orange peel very much - try sprinkling some around.
Alternatively you could hide out and spray them with water when they appear (use an old washing up bottle) - they won't hang around for long.

Good luck - it's a horrible smell!

;)

Apparenlty a gun is fairly effective if you're a good aim. Instant results

only joking

We tried the sonic thing never worked, just annoyed us and our kids, the cat must have been deaf

Water gun or bottle of water worked best, the cat learn fairly quick and its not harmful.

Get yourself a dog - clearing up their sh1te is far easier, and more "localised" :)

we had this in our last house and my misses went to the diy store and picked up this geen gel pellets in a bottle sprinkled them over the garden and jod done.apparently it was the smell of the gel that put them off.just put more gel down if they come back after a while.good luck.Lee....

Also I've heard lion or tiger poo works. Where the hell you are meant to get that from I have no idea.
Unless of course you are a zoo keeper.

Or probably ebay, seems to sell everythig else.

My Next door neighbour used to grow potatoes, he would keep a bag by the back door. ny cat to enter the garden would have one hurled at it....they soon learnt. He was a bloody good shot for an eighty year old

Sorry for all those cat lovers, even my cat avoided his garden.

thanks for all the input like the get my own hard cat so I,l combine that with ubercool and speak to the zoo keeper about rental costs.

Wilcos do a cat repellant just sprinkle that all over in large quantities, you have to weigh up wether you prefer the smell of the strong herbal mixture for a few days or the piss?

Cats hate citric acid, infact its a deadly toxin to them, lemon zest and juice works

also paprica is good too after a few times of cleaning it off there paws they soon learn to avoid the place whilst its still present, got loads of them around mine

Its an ongoing battle and my dog doesnt scare them generally....

when we bought our house, the neighbours can uset to come in to our garden, i used to stare it out, it did the trick it never comes in now lol

i'l ask the guy at zumo juice bar for some peelings they should have loads cheers, Frankie.
