Cheap replacement gear shifter/lever

Hi Im fed up with sloppy shifting so its time for a replacement gear shifter/lever, Where is the best place to get a cheap one(no fancy billet quick shift stuff just a stock type or similar replacement)

Replace the bushes and install a quick shift kit. Comes in around 10 Pound and will sort your sloppy shifter.

Also look at the rear nose cone bush, the one inside the nose cone where the hockey stick locates. Replaced the nylon one with a brass one and it is now very sweet stock shifter.

Already done the front bush and plate under shifter(made no difference!) and the rear one that goes into the box is recent too so not sure but i know the gear lever moves all over the place whilst in neutral before i eventually get a gear and worse whilst running so not sure if a quick shift kit woulkd help much?

There is a bush inside the nose cone as well.

Does anyone have a picture of the bush inside the nose cone? I've got a funny feeling that I've not changed this one. (I've changed everything else front to back and the gear change is still pot luck!)
