Whilst refurbishing my 1973 Devon i've noticed some buses have a chrome trim around the fresh air intake grille at the front.

Is this trim available aftermarket or do you need the whole grille assmbley?.

Anyone got one their willing to part with ?

Just wanted to bling mine up a bit.

Thanks for reading.

The Delux grill trim you see is an original item and to, my knowledge, isn't reproduced at the moment  It should just fit around any genuine air intake and makes it look 8)
I bought mine from Karmann Konnection and paid about £25 for it but it was a bit bent. Straigtened out nicely though :D A straight one retails at about £45 i think 8)

you will usually find someone on here selling them at that price. I dont think they are uber rare and are usually easy to find.

OK. Thanks..Im officially in the market for one if anyone has one or a
lead on one.

good luck mike, those clip on vent trims on the louves are well hard to find. I think it was an aftermarket thing and didnt last to well. If you find 2 sets keep me in mind. 8)

These are really rare.........stamped with "VW" and very nice.
