Clutch Help!

change my box for a 6 rib, new friction plate, bearing, shaft and kennedy stage 1 pressure plate. Got it all running this evening and with the clutch pedal down I have a noise :? :shock: , I can get gears and have about an inch of free play on the pedal and the noise is only on the last inch of press on the pedal.

Any suggetions welcome

It sounds like the thrust bearing, there are different types I think.
