Has any one looked into these for lowering yet, they seem like a cool idea and the price didn't seem to bad

Yeah best not to look in to of that far and just dream, I think it would end up costing in the region of £1500 ish.

It would be cool though

unless your into serious 'rake' theres not much point in spending the money and having an airbag adjustable front, as theres no 'off-the-shelf' rear air setup for Bays yet, which is really dissappointing :(

I hope someone is working on one, i cant see that it should be any harder than the design of the split setup? And surely theres a serious demand for it now, Bays have never been so popular.

I was inches away from doing a complete air ride on mine, but to be honest with all the extra air tanks compressor etc it just became a bit impractical for me. Also if you are gonna bag it, then you will want to consider tubbing your arches so it sits on the floor aswell 8) I think you could get a complete air ride setup fitted for around £3500 so isnt cheap if you are getting someone else to do the work, but hey looks sick!

i dont think anyone sells a complete air-ride system for bays? id love to know where if there is.

you have to take a split setup and fit it to a bay? id guess theres a lot of bespoke work involved?

Companies like Dub Monkeys will do the work for you, most of it is bespoke and from the states, but its all doable, just have to dig deep at the mo :(

id try and tackle it myself to keep the cost down if it wasnt such a critical component. 3.5K is a bit too much for me to justify at the moment. :(

Hi Guys,

Just been reading the post and have been looking into air kits for bays for 2 months.

The front weedeater "Air" is for splits but will bolt into an early bay,you will need to convert the whole front end of your bus to King and Link from a 1964 - 1967 Split Screen. There is no rear air kit for a bay and CE will not be making one and neither will Airkewld, Looks like it up to someone to produce a complete air kit for a Bay.
