Crossover question - transmission mount?

As some of you may know, I just bought a Crossover from the States...

I was sent this pic and I assumed that Crossovers came with a mount to support the transmission. But judging from this pic, it looks the same as an Early Bay. What gives?

The mount looks like its there,but the box isn't bolted to it

As above you can just make it out

yes the crossover crossmember is in place( the bit with holes in it). Also the gearbox has the lug on the top to mount to this crossmember.

If you look at my early engine bay this part is missing.

I owe the seller some $$ as I also want some parts shipped alongside with it. Won't be shipped until after Xmas.
