ok what is the knack for raising the roof and getting the rods to clip in without getting a hernier.I have to unclip all the stays which makes it easyer,but putting the roof up at the weekend was still a struggle when it was cold.Anyone got any idears thanks Keith

Mine goes up very easy to almost fully up. The springs in the arms keep it up, just needs a short extra shove to engage with the holes.

However I did have the spring arms on the wrong way round after I refurbished it and it felt like you needed Arnie to put the roof up. Have you had the thing apart recently?

No i have not had anything apart, i was thinking about retensioning the springs at the weekend.As they don't appear to hold the roof up as you mentioned.
