OK so numpty question

I have a 68 westy and can't work out the bed - the interior isn't totally fixed in so it maybe connected, the base lifts but the back seems rigid

surely it's supposed to pivot forward on the arms and the back drops down?

is there any catches that I've overlooked?

I thought you just lift and pull towards you....... :?: like a devon

Yer you just give it a good pull. Put up some pictures?

Maybe the hinges are really tight?

think it's just tight and the fact the hinges are tight and it's not fixed at the bottom

I stripped the interior to check the cargo floor and it's very good - 2 tiny holes!

I need to locate or make the black n shaped brackets for the buddy seat as 2 are missing, also the rear keyway fixing [in the base at the back it uses original floor points to secure the ply!]

I was hoping to do the lights but the 9 prong relay isn't there and so I'll look at that in the morning now!
