quite right the rubbers have captivated bolts...
and have a steel former encased within the rubber...
Plenty of places sell replicas, it may be worth selling with the rubbers and if you buy bulk get a decent discount....

Think you might have a winner with this one....

they are simple in design and with 4 holes cant be easier...the tooling is likely to be the expensive bit if you go that route....

though I suspect you'll probably go for a sheet pattern folded and seam welded....

will you be providingthe urethane spacers for themounting bolts too?

yer i'll look into putting the whole thing together with rubbers to so you just have to bolt them on.

although the set i have dosent have any bolts with it if anyone has any going spare drop me a pm i'll get em back to you or buy em off you.

You want a coach bolt and nut with washer 65mm long
and a piece of tubing 35mm long to slide over the bolt between the overider and bumper so it doesn't pull the overider in when you tighten it up

Mine have 5 holes - 3 for the rubbers and two square for the coach bolts (1 in from underneath) . Steel spacers too. :D

Hi all,

Ok he's got back to me and the initial cost of tooling is quite high.

If we could get 15ish people in we could make it happen depending on price per set.

Is £150 to much for a set of 4 brand new?

Dave

Will £150 include rubbers, coach bolts & p&p for 2 pairs (2 front & 2 back).

even without this its still a bargain. Does Carole still have overrider rubber in stock?

Hi,

Do you have any over riders for sale???? I have been offered some from the US for around $200.00 but not in tip top condition.

Please let me know if you have enough people and I will purchase some at £150.

Cheers.
