Testing the water here , would anyone be interested in buying a early bay towbar ? A guy in Germany sells a T2b version but would need @ least 50 orders to manufacture
a T2a version , the cost of the version he sells is £312 p&p i cant see the T2a one costing much more i think its a good price & its looks like a quality piece of kit
Put your name on the list & we,ll see where we can go on this , Thanks
Heres some pics ;)

Nice bit of kit but 312 pounds. Fook me. Think you're going to struggle to get 5 takers let alone 50.

Especially as Gadget's is cheaper....
Is gadget actually still making these? I've sent a couple of messages and not heard anything back yet??

BUS-OK .DE are going into production with these in the next 2 or 3 months ( they have to pass the german tuv tests first ) so im sure when ready will be available from them or Jeffrey @ BUS-OK .NL http://www.have-a-nice-bay.nl/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Ive also heard Autocraft are gearing up with some as well ;)

How about these ones. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=458811" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

We could probably get a group discount and order them in on a pallet or 2 to save on shipping? Even if we pay $250 a piece shipped it's still only 155 pounds.

Will contact him for a group discount and see what sort of prices we can get.

Good idea, although I'm not overly keen on the design of these :roll:

i got one of these posted over a couple of years ago,fit on the factory points carries the bumper(no need for irons)and is removeable,which i found ideal,didn't want to smack my shins everytime i went to the back of the bus and the kids don't get greased up when they're mopein' around.
didn't like the look of the mechano ones for the money from the usual suspects and even with shipping found it was quite competitive,although i did get stung on import tax of 48 notes :(
