Hi All

Apologies if this has cropped up before and I missed it

Bought an old early repo roundell off of FB, it’s from Status vw and has what looks like late bay rear mounts rather than early prongs

Initial idea is to cut up late and early clips, glue together and form a bastardised mutant clip

However further ideas from experience and or imagination will be gratefully received

Hi there, I’ve not seen one like this before, but that don’t mean it’s not common
I’d have a look on their site and or give them a ring and see if maybe there is a multi type adaptor or fixing for these, failing that if you’re gonna rely on adhesive then you might as well use a good quality like 3M double sided sticky pads, but my only concern is how much contact area you could get on that there badge.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,they stick number plates on and all sorts now.

Edit,,,
Maybe cut off those fixing points and use double sided tape just in the straight bits of the rear of the VW
