Sent the seller for the beam above a message asking how much he'd charge for dropped spindles (I'll be supplying cores) and a narrowed ball joint beam, he said he could do it for £999 delivered.

Does anyone have any dealings with the seller or opinions on the items? Been looking online and this seems to be the cheapest option.

Thanks!

Find out all you can. Not heard of them so would be cautious. How well is this stuff made safety record etc esp of flipped spindles and such

The problem with that is you need a lot of other bits to finish it which all need work and money, new idler pin, pitman arm (unless you are reusing yours), shortened leaves, beam seals, shortened lower arms, adjustable tie rods, I could go on.

We offer the French Slammer beams for £975 exchange you get all of the above ready to fit rather than just the bare beam itself, heres the latest advert thats in Hayburner mag, dropped spindles are £450 exchange so yes its more than £999 but price up the other items you need and from a proven supplier (Vintage Autohaus)

They are to take camber nuts so you can adjust the caster angle but most beams like the French Slammer ones have additional castor built into the design.

Very interested in the king and link beam if anyone has fitted one.
Looks like they do some nice stuff.

From a bit of internet trawling it would appear that this 'could' be Alex from Transporterhaus as Governor Engineering is the name of the company that he runs his business from now.

Not quite sure why they are not being advertised as transporterhaus products though but that beam looks very similar to one he posted up on Facebook a few months ago and there are not that many companies based in the UK that have broaching tools for rear spring plates.

Just looked on their website link in the previous post and the phone number listed is Alex's.

This SSVC links suggest that they are one and the same
