ebay seller alert

Just a heads up on the following ebay seller:
kdw_vw

I bought an indicator relay off him/ her on 06/05/10 and did not receive either the relay or any replies to communication. Bit odd really as had asked a question about the relay and had a reply, plus they had good feedback.
Sure there is a reasonable explanation but have raised this with ebay.
Hopefully lack of response doesn't indicate a serious problem with the seller.
If anyone knows him/ her then maybe pass this on? Seems to have sold a lot of VW bits and bobs.

I assume youve registered a dispute with eBay/Paypal?

Let us know how it goes. Life does sometimes get in the way of other stuff, like selling bits, so give him a chance, but keep us posted.

yeah I've done that this morning. Paid with paypal so should be under the ebay buyer protection.

I think I've given long enough and have been reasonable:
Paid on 06/05/10 via Paypal
Estimated delivery time 12/05/10 - 13/05/10
18/05/10 Emailed seller through Ebay account saying hadn't received it and checking whether had been dispatched and had my address.
20/05/10 Emailed seller through Ebay account saying hadn't received a response and that would leave until Sunday 23rd May
24/05/10 Emailed seller through Ebay account saying had given long enough time and had not had a reply. Reporting to ebay.
Still no reply

27/05/10 raised with ebay.
only hope nothing bad happened. maybe they're on holiday...
will let you know what happens.

make sure that you request refund! within 30 days or register problem within 30 days as theres a loophole

had a resolution from the dispute....got a refund (would rather of had the relay tho...).
don't know what happened as had no communication at all from seller.
Got an email from paypal saying 'xxxx has issued a full refund for your payment' (gave me chaps name and hotmail address but don't think I should post it here). Wheter that's a standard template or he actually agreed I don't know...
anyway, case closed but still need a relay!!

my other half did a buy it now on 2 pairs of hinges for my van doors back in feb!

waited ages, didnt come.
seller said "my other half mixed up some of the lables when she posted the parts that sold last week", said would send us some more next week that was march (seens he`s listing more since and currently is)

nothing :x other half put in a paypal dispute..nothing back off them either!
which im not happy about as they refunded him fairly quickly for the money that i was ripped off for seats, that never appeared (offa different seller)
