EMPI quick shift kit Help.

Iv just fitted one , it went together ok but im having trouble getting 1st and 2nd gears, it will go in to them but not easy. 3rd and 4th are fine and the revers lock out works fine. ANY IDEAS .

i had one in my van and first gear was always a bitch. i losened it off and moved it about a bit and that helped
