engine swap info needed

yeah i'm thinkin of running 2 down the center with a fan on each should be plenty i hope ive heard people havin them hidden in the engine bay but the fans end up running all the time which sounds a bit crap to me

Mine cools fine with a big rad between the chassis rails and thats got a big turbo on it, as far as gearboxs your not gonna fit a five speed without cutting the beam or spending a fortune on a five speed converted 1303 box although saying that bug@5speed do a beetle type front mount nose cone for the porsche box but that also costs a fortune so your looking at a 091 4 speeder which is great with a taller 4th they can take plenty of power and get you way over 100mph.
