exhaust

Hi all
I am thinking about changing my exhaust. I have a stock 1600 engine with electronic ignition. I am deliberating on what type of 4 to 1 header, either empi single quiet pack or a bug pack single quiet pack, don't want anything too loud but would like better flow from exhaust, any suggestions?

I've got a Bugpack quite pack. Don't let the name fool you, They are pretty loud if you've got your foot down but saying that it is a nice noise.
