1. surface rust spots inside my vents

what should i do? can i access the area inside without much hassle?

2. Raised filler on one of the vents.

I know what to do with rust bubbles, or cracked filler but this one is filling a pretty deep dent, should i just smooth it over or get rid of all the filler, and re fill it?

3. Is it possible to take out the big piece of tinware towards the back of my engine without taking the whole engine out.. i want to paint it =)

i need to learn some more technical terms of the bits in my engine, and what they do

Ugly, i know!

You can see the raised filler

i would take out the filler and try to pull the dent with a slide hammer like this http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200334163_200334163?cm_ven=Aggregates&cm_cat=Froogle&cm_pla=Froogle&cm_ite=Froogle&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=117352.

It looks like a sizable dent from the inside.

when you have it reasonably well pulled then smooth it over.

or get one of these... http://www.5starshine.com/info-popsadent-ppc.html
