Hi Lobie,

What shocks have you actually got? I need to stiffen mine up and I have gone about as low as yours!

I just these http://www.justkampers.com/front-kyb-excel-g-gas-shock-vw-t2-1955-1979-beetle-link-pin-1946-1967.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Just noticed you have spots and overriders.
I like the combo loads and will do the same ...one day...so expensive. :evil:
This bus is looking better and better.

:D :D :D

picked the over riders up for £90 for 4 they were battered but I straightened them out and painted them

spot lights were an ebay bargain pair of original lucas from the 60s £45 the pair

That looks really nice. I had been thinking of doing the same drop on mine (would like to go even lower but can't afford it for a while), think I'll take the plunge now.

I wanted to keep stock wheels and tyres so this set up was ideal for me and it has improved handling 100% without ruining the ride quality
