Fixing on front badge

Are there any instructions or diagrams of how to fit a metal badge to the front panel. I've got a new metal badge to replace a plastic one that we glued onto the panel - it has 4 pins but how does it fix to the Panel?

The metal lugs on the badge rear have a plastic cap that fits on them and these
Then push into the holes on the front.

They are just an interference fit.
