I've decided to sell my beach buggy project as I just do not have the time and space at the moment, it's a good copy of a GP1 (please correct me if I'm wrong), believe to be a Mel Hubbard body, which has never been built or drilled with any holes, I had it prepared ready for paint and it sits in grey primer with guide coat over it and the underside has been sprayed black. There are no side pods as it is believe to have been made by one of Mel's employees whilst he was on hol's and is one of five that are a sore subject to him, so you probarly will not be able to get the side pods (personally I do not like them anyway).
It comes with a full donor vehicle 1970 beetle that has all the parts to build the buggy, i will be removing the radio and a couple of small bits for the van but they will not be required for the beach buggy, the engine runs (1300cc), brakes work etc.
