1641 cc engine built by Laurie Petit, with full flow system and additional oil cooler with fan fitted. temp gauge. Keeps temperature at 90 degrees centigrade. All day even in traffic. no overheating worries!!
Empi 5 spoke wheels. Professionally lowered in 2004 by VW Bodyshop in Cheltenham. Very solid underneath - we've had no welding done on it. 2 small patches of rust bubbling at rear corners. But apart from that rust free and very straight. Bluebird stainless steel exhaust pipe. Split charger and new leisure battery.
New interior fitted in December 2010. Bespoke interior units, including 2 burner Smev unit with sink and 12v tap. Waeco compressor CR50 fridge/freezer which runs on 12v and can run on 230v with transformer which i have but just needs fitting if required. 3- 230v sockets and 5- 12v sockets . Scat gear shifter. Full width rock 'n roll bed with new foams. Retrimmed in December 2010 by Bromsgrove Auto Trimmers, including bed, front seats and new door cards all round. Wooden steering wheel. Sliding side window. Roof ladder. Rear jail bars.
230v hook up with RCD fitted. Propex Heatsource heater with timer. Sub woofer Bass with Kenwood head unit cd/tuner with IPod/Iphone input. Also fitted is a 500w power amp. Freeview 8" TV. Thatcham approved TOAD Alarm/Immobiliser.
