Hi all found this forum on how to form,rolling and making your own repair panels well worth a look, might even save you money :D

Great stuff. this guy's really talented and got time to photograph and annotate too!
When I make repair sections, bending edges onto curved profiles, I cut 2 pieces of 6mm birch ply to shape, clamp them into a sandwich around the steel, and hammer the edge over. the ply is easy to shape, and quite tough. worked a treat.

I know this is not an early bay but same techniques apply this man is talented alright, got to take my hat off to both these guys.

Blimey, that is some neat work, wish I could make panels like that, that's made me depressed :(
I've read through that other thread before, the Guy in Thailand, the work is amazing, and he gets so much flak being accused of lying, incredible work.
