How difficult is it to fit a servo for the brakes? I'm thinking of doing this at the same time as doing the disc conversion, would it make a big difference in comparison to just converting to discs?

Have you a picture of items to be removed, I wouldn't want to take the wrong bits out being a bit of a novice.

No, I didn't take a photo, hands covered in brake fluid......

I'm a bit backward with computer tech, so only a text description. On the MC you will see the feed pipes come out to the front brakes, you need to tackle the 17mm? nuts that connect these to the MC, then disconnect them from the smaller 10mm? nut, and there you have the pieces you need to 'break'. Break is the only real word for it, this 17mm piece has an elaborate ball bearing and spring encapsulated, and you want to make it free flow. Pair of pliers makes simple work of it, strip it down to a simple free flow piece. Clean and reassemble.

For me it seemed like a good time to replace my steel pipes and fit a servo. Used a Vwjim servo mounted under the back floor. Lovely brakes now

I've not done this but my mate Wally just did, here arena couple of pics taken with this thread in mind

Which of those bits do you leave out? The ball bearing or more?
