a few months back, Nic {wife} & I had a serious case of the jitters, got so bad, we went to a Nissan dealer looking at Quashqai's, luckily, the wind changed & so did our minds.
We got the bodywork done {1971 Westy} and a nice new paintjob from Klassic&Kustom & are going for a new interior and engine to be done over the winter months.
currently, Betsy has LPG fitted to a 1600 engine with {what I believe is} a Solex Carb {I am a bit of a technical donkey},
I'd appreciate any recommendations for a replacement engine & where to get it done. We live on the EssexEast London Borders but don't mind going up to about 100 miles or so for a highly recommended job.
We are also going to have a new interior put in over the winter too & would appreciate recommendations for that too. Many thanks..
