gsf drum to disc conversion!!

Hi, anyone know anything about this conversion, its the cheapest around. Not sure if its wide 5?

something doesn't add up, fits a mk1 transporter (1950-1970) this denotes wide 5?
but wont fit mk2 transporter (1968-1979) ?????
would be very interested as i've a 68 on a KL beam (split)
