I've got an H code engine case (1500sp) that requires a line bore, it's completely bare except for the cylinder studs and the (single) oil pressure relief.
It's drilled and tapped for a baywindow engine bar.
It's previously been rebuilt by VW, the line bore is at 0.5 so plenty of meat in the old girl yet, for the line bore.
