we have a weber progressive on unheated manifolds and regular readers will know how awful I think it is and the time has come to change to twin carbs, probably DRLAs.
I'm struggling to find manifolds to suit the type 4 motor and as the current manifolds aren't fit for purpose they're scrap, so maybe recycle into something useful? Has anybody done this already?

SSP sell drla/IDF type IV manifolds. I reckon you'll struggle to make your own ones that fit/seal perfectly.

i bought mine from "kerb side autos" he sold the mainifold kit and linkage for my twin 40's. he even tracked it down after my paypal default address was an out of date one from when i was in uni.

sound guy. i know Loxy on here has also bought a few things off him too.
