Hazard lights??????

might be a stupid question but should my van have hazard lights? its a 68, the reason i ask is because theres no spare switches and it passed its last mot no worries. if it should how easy is it to wire them up?

Only if in 1968 its was a legal requirement or they were fitted. Vehicle legislation does not work retrospectively.
Its the same with seat belts.
