Headlight issue

Hi all, hoping for some help. My headlights work ok until I put my full beam on at which time the offside goes off and the near side has full beam. It's probably an easy fix so could someone point me in the right direction?

Have you checked the headlight bulb has both filaments working?

Check the yellow/black & white/black wires are in the right place on the connector & at the relay.
