Just been looking on Google n YouTube for a video of someone fitting a new headliner. Couldn't find any.
Can anyone give any info or your experiences fitting a new headliner . My panel just has the tin top at mo nothing else. Would i fit hardboard or the perferated material with the metal rods.

hiya
fit what you want as its your bus, but i think whichever way you go you will need some form of attachment brackets fitting down inside of your van, as cloth head linner is usualy held in place by window rubbers, and i belive the board head linner needs 'J' tube fitting to hold board in place,
Been told fitting own cloth head linner is best left to someone who knows what there doing, but i will be having a go at mine sometime next year (when funds allow as need all new window seals as well)
have a look at
Wooden roof lining in a tintop with a headliner in tech section might give you some ideas
hope that helps
