Went into Halfords this afternoon to get a new headlight bulb.They didn’t have anything like what I wanted so I went and asked at the counter. The young lady there has told me that they have stopped sticking them as of last week. I thought oh bugger or words to that effect. She went on to say, all the ones that they’re not stocking anymore will be in their little reduced section and there they were the very last two at a pound each to get shot of them . So I got them both. First time I’ve needed a new bulb in well over thirty years I think, but at a pound each I couldn’t resist. So if there’s a Halfords near where you are this weekend, go in and invest a pound even if they won’t fit yours, some earlybayer In five years time might tear your arm off for one.
