Can anyone recommend a good heat resistant paint for my heat exchangers. I did get a tin from screw fix but after a small shower they are already going rusty :(
 
I would probably try powder coating them.
Halfords do a VHT paint don't know if it's what Mike202 used, I used this on my brake drums and engine bar, it hast come off......yet
 
I did the header & exhaust on my buggy with BBQ spray 5 years ago & have just a few little specks of rust that need sorting out

I've used BBQ spray before on cylinder pot fins and had no trouble, just wonder what paint they use origionaly. Might try an enamel paint :!:
 
the paint I used was Hycote VHT light grey paint. I would probably get them powdercoated next time. This looks good as well though might try this:
