can any one tell me how i get get warm air on my windscreen! the pipe that leads up the centre of the cab, is toasty warm, but i cant get it up to the screen, can any one tell me where the leavers on the dash need to be ? also is there a sticker that should be in the cab with the instructions on it ?

Thanks

Mark

Red levers should be down. Lever by tube in footwell should be down. If you have them then the button under/infront of the seat should be in and the rear footwell vents should be off. Then all the luke warm air will gently spill onto the top of the dash and some might even hit the windscreen

lol ok i'll give it a go, but i think that may be how i had it set up, although i'm not sure my heat exchangers are wired up, they may only be half open, do the fans that help pust the air through work ??

i think bluebird sell them.

Thanks

MArk

The fans help a bit when the engine is ticking over in traffic because at tickover the engines fan doesent blow much but once driving the electric fan makes no discernable difference.

Your right to check the exchangers. Make sure they are fully open with the levers down and fully closed with them up. While your there its worth checking all the joins of the pipework are all good too. It all adds up and makes a big difference. :)
