Hey Mike it's Juan , I was just in Germany myself but in Munich on holiday just about 2 weeks ago, I did see a few VWs there, some buses and several beetles.

Buying - Watkiss power square, met up with our W2P guy, looking out for a 2 colour press and CTP system and generally just seeing what's new.
You're in 16 right? I was in there around lunchtime today for a nose around but couldn't focus with the hunger (and thirst - it was ****** hot today)
Saw a nice karmann cab, a deluxe trimmed EB parked up and there's a T25 hi-top outside my hotel now, that's it in terms of VWs though

yes, but on the prepress side of things, mostly software (prinergy etc.) hardware installs and workflow, i work for the independent while not dabbling in designing websites.

PS my feet are killing me as already done a full week. For those who don't work in the print industry I'm told that Drupa is the largest trade fair in the world and believe me you have to be here to appreciate the size.

Trade shows are a necessary evil :twisted:
I only have to do 1 a year luckily and this year it is in Excel which means i can be a commuter instead of staying over.
The trick is to hide at the back of the stand and abuse the free WiFi!

Did you hear about the Stora Enso BBQ on the Xerox stand? Their inline coater went up in flames just before the Xerox happy hour, when the drama died down and the beer taps were opened some smart ass played ´burning love´ over the PA system. :mrgreen: :lol:
