Hotrod Super Nats 2011 with EB camping

Hi guys,

I've just been speaking to my folks about organising this years Early Bay Super Nats weekend at Ipswich.

The event is usually the second bank holiday weekend in August, although I have yet to confirm the actual date.

As with last year we are organising camping at my parents campsite which is just down the road from the show. You can camp for the whole weekend or just a couple of nights. IP12 3RR.

Entry to the show is less than £10 per car and camping is £12.50 per night per camper. We are very limited on space (at the moment just six spaces but we may be able to open it up) so only early bays are invited to camp with us, and I will give preference to those who joined us last year or who showed an interest.

All payments for camping are to be made to me IN ADVANCE.

If we get enough people we may be able to move to a bigger area, but I need definite numbers before this is decided.
Electrical hook ups are available at £14 per night.

My own worst enemy, once reminded of this event, thought 'I'll reply in a minute'. Then went for a shower, then for beer, then for food, etc,etc. Now well down the list, but August bank holiday can be a bit tricky for me anyway, so would probably have to be a last minute decision if that were possible.
May have to cut down on outings this year, my house is falling down around me, dishwasher flooding kitchen, garage roof like a sieve, new bathroom needed, decorating top to bottom, boiler playing up (how much for a new one!!!!! :shock: ) etc,etc.
Would like to make it this year, have to make it up as I go along.... Oh yes, new engine likely to be needed before too long as well.

Right then, I've had a word with the folks and they've given us the whole front paddock this time which means we can have up to ten buses. Which is what we've got. If anyone else wants come then stick your names on a reserve list below.

My mum did say that it is a mimum of two nights stay as obvs bank holiday is a busy weekend, but then she only wanted 8 buses max until I twisted her arm. What this means is that its probably ok for people (Grazy) to just stay one night.

Would realy like to get to this after missing it last time. As said before, that weekend can be a bit iffy, it's the 'extended family' thing.....

Guys, had a call from mother yesterday...

Can the definites txt or PM me ASAP with exactly which nights you want to stay so I can pass on the details. 07921 563655

Basically the rest of the site is TOTALLY full, so if we have any nights when there's only say 8 buses, they will let other campers take those pitches, so we need to know as they are turning business away in order to cater for us!
